At the end of the buying process from the customer , Zapaline begins the process of preparing for the shipment of goods by means Zapaline available to the client.

We have one forms of shipping out to Spain: Seur 48/72h.
There is an option of expedited shipping through Correos Paq48 for orders placed before 14.00 AM on weekdays , with an additional charge. Only for a shipments inside of Spain.
General and essential rules for the exchange or return of product:
The customer has a period of 30 days for exchanges or returns.
To perform them you must go to " My Account" registering with your username and password in the " My Orders " once is in a " Completed " , click " Completed " , the summary of the chosen order will appear and on the top right of the summary click on "Make a return " .
Fill in the information necessary for the exchange or refund request and follow the instructions . Zapaline send an email to the customer with the return or exchange instructions .
The shipping costs for returns and exchanges will always be charged to the customer .
You may return the product at no cost at any of our stores. Formerly shall have completed all the return process explained in the first paragraph of general and essential rules for exchange or return the product.
The product must be in perfect condition, brand new , unworn and in original packaging .
Zapaline reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund who fails to comply is not described and in perfect condition.
